Bridging the gap between the therapy room and your real life.
THE WELLNESS CLUB
You can't expect life to reward you while you're preoccupied with searching for mental health support, struggling with yourself, pushing away emotions, lacking insight into your actions, feeling frustrated about your inability to make changes, and living in a way that doesn’t fulfill you.
If you're ready to transform your life, I will guide you through that process.

I’m in the business of helping you grow.
LIKE HAVING A THERAPIST IN YOUR BACK POCKET

So many people are struggling with the same thing that’s preventing them from receiving the care they deserve.
So I created a resource that does this:
Does this feel like you?
-
You're finally ready to confront yourself and explore your identity, understand your behaviours, and break free from old patterns. You're tired of letting your emotions and thoughts control you. The ongoing struggle between recognizing the need for change, feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges, and having limited energy to invest in meaningful work is wearing you down.
-
Finding reliable, long-term mental health support can be incredibly challenging. Beyond one-on-one therapy, it often feels like there are limited options available. You’re seeking high-quality mental health care that is both easy and accessible. There's a gap between wanting to make changes and actually implementing them—wishing for change alone won’t bring it about.
-
You genuinely want to make changes in how you're living your life. You aim to manage your emotions, move away from seeking external validation, practice self-compassion, overcome self-doubt, and build confidence in yourself and your life. If you're like me, you probably weren't taught the basics of dealing with challenging emotions and thoughts. It’s puzzling why some of the most essential life skills seem to be left out of our education.

What’s the difference between The Wellness Club and 1-1 Therapy?
The Wellness Club is a mental health membership offering a range of resources, including educational materials, workshops, videos, support groups, and therapist check-ins. My goal is to share my knowledge and resources with you for self-learning, and then provide ongoing support through groups and check-ins to help you integrate and expand on what you've learned.
While one-on-one therapy is essential for addressing trauma or delving deeper into personal issues, it's not the sole method of healing. Incorporating a variety of support and therapeutic approaches is crucial for long-term wellness.
1-1 therapy is not the only way to wellness.
The club speaks for itself ⬇️

Where we’re going:
Inherent value means recognizing that your worth comes from who you are, simply existing, rather than from your achievements or the opinions of others.
Recognize your ability to address challenges and trust the recovery process without letting self-doubt or negative thoughts hinder your progress.
Transform difficult experiences and emotions into sources of strength by channeling trauma and anger into personal growth, embracing all life experiences as part of your healing journey and resilience.
Build self-worth from within by trusting your own judgment and values, rather than relying on others' opinions or praise for validation.
Cultivate a positive, supportive relationship with your body through somatic practices that heal and strengthen your nervous system.
Build self-confidence and self-esteem on a strong sense of self-worth grounded in your own values and strengths, rather than relying on external achievements or validation.
Achieved through an action based approach to wellness designed to educate, support, and implement.

-
No, it is not. The Wellness Club is an educational, workshop, and subscription based program. It is not a replacement for 1-1 therapy. 1-1 therapy is necessary and needed for many reasons. In addition, it is not the only form of healing and therapeutic work that can be helpful.
-
The Wellness Club fits for a wide variety of folks. Whether you have already done lots of 1-1 therapy work, you’re just starting, or you’ve never done any. You’re probably at a point in your life where you are looking for some extra support, wanting accessible mental health care, a place to be held accountable as you work towards change, and a safe space to land and find comfort in as you do the brave and vulnerable work of making change.
